Mrs. Beatrice Newkirk Smallwood, of 300 Minute Lane, Apt. 103, Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at Deeper Life Ministries, 4477 U.S. Highway 264, Washington. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, 2018, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, and other times at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Tasha, 7465 Pitt St., Grimesland.
